SUP yoga begins 29 May 2016 at Bergse Plassen in Rotterdam!

In cooperation with SUP's Up SUP company, I will be teaching SUP yoga beginning Sunday, 29 May 2016 from 12.00-14.00

The lesson duration is 2 hours and is planned as the following:

  • inschrijven en kennismaken (sign in)
  • 15 min SUP uitleg (15 minute instructions on how to SUP)
  • 30 min SUP 
  • 60 min SUP yoga
  • einde met thee… (conclusion with tea)

De SUP yoga les duurt in totaal ca. 2  uur.
